Premature Ejaculation

Definition of premature ejaculation:

Most men have experienced the problem of premature ejaculation at some point in their lives. Premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual problems. Premature ejaculation is explained as a condition where a person is unable to delay ejaculation to a point where it is mutually convenient for both partners. This means that ejaculation occurs before a man wants it to happen. Some men ejaculate during foreplay while some do it in the entry itself.

But some men feel that 5 or 10 minutes of time to have an orgasm is not enough and they feel that it is also premature ejaculation. This suggests premature ejaculation is more likely that the physiological psychological origin. The exact cause of premature ejaculation is still unknown.

Ayurveda says Kshiprumunchati Shukram ....... it means that the person will have premature ejaculation when vata in his body aggravates and leads to shukra very rapid ejaculation (semen).

The probable causes of premature ejaculation:

or anxiety during the first sexual experience. Some men will develop
the long-term anxiety toward sex, which can cause prolonged experience
with premature ejaculation.

or a long period of sexual abstinence.

or younger men tend to ejaculate more quickly than older men, as
experience seems to be associated with ejaculatory control.

or depression or anxiety about sexual performance poor

or anxiety due to the anticipation of rejection by the partner.

or notice of failure to satisfy your partner

or anticipation of pain

or adverse effects with sex in childhood

or religious beliefs

or interest expense

or stress at work

or relationship problems

or side effects of certain prescription medications

Apart from some psychological causes physiological causes problems such as inflammation of the prostate gland or the spinal cord may cause premature ejaculation.

According to ayurveda when vayu is vitiated it causes premature ejaculation. The following vata causes malignant

or stale, warm consumption, cold and junk food (Men who are far from
home business most of the time these foods)

or stay long hours of the night.

or long interval between meals

o Controlling natural urges (which happens during the long business
meetings)

or physical and mental effort.

o food because of concerns and pain

or sitting for long hours in uncomfortable chairs.

or traveling at high speeds.

experience premature ejaculation.

miscommunication.

simple remedies

Many techniques are used to control premature ejaculation. "The compression technique" is very popular and effective of all. Compression technique is behavioral therapy. If a man feels that he is about to experience premature ejaculation, which interrupts sex. Then the man or his partner squeezes the shaft of his penis between your thumb and two fingers pressing just below the head of the penis for 20 seconds. And then sex can be resumed. This technique can be repeated if necessary. When this technique is successful, allows man to learn to delay ejaculation with compression, and finally take control of ejaculation without squeeze.

Masters & Johnson method:

o The best way to fight against premature ejaculation is learning to
control the sensations prior to orgasm. This method requires time and
practice, but it is very effective.

o First you need to get closer to orgasm (this can be
made by masturbation without the involvement of your partner) and
stop and relax before restarting. Whenever you need to bring yourself
closer to orgasm until finally you can not control. If you do this
often enough, you learn where your point of climax is. this is
useful interaction with your partner.

o You will need to practice culminating with his
couple for sex without penetration so that when you feel it is
nearby, they stop and let you sign your erection to subside.
It should also be repeated to you and your partner are familiar
